Products

Accumulate the data. Then use it.

PANTL Starter makes the factory produce clean data as it runs. PANTL Pro connects that data with everything else and puts specialized AI agents on top. Factory X handles what a product cannot.

PANTL Starter

A subscription MES/ERP where simply running the factory accumulates data

Starter is the entry point for factories with little or no existing system. Orders, runs, downtime and defects are recorded where they happen, in a schema that is already structured for later use — so the data project and the operations project are the same project.

  • Minimal input burden on the floor — recording is part of the work, not extra to it
  • A standard schema for equipment, process, material, defect and order from day one
  • Subscription pricing, sized for a first small-scale adoption
  • The data you accumulate stays yours, and stays usable by Pro later

PANTL Pro

(formerly LinePro)

Connects scattered enterprise data and pairs it with specialized AI agents

Pro is for factories that already have systems and cannot get a straight answer out of them. It connects existing ERP, MES and spreadsheet data, maps it onto one ontology, and puts AI agents on top that are specialized for the factory's own processes — with every answer traceable to the record behind it.

  • Connects existing ERP / MES / spreadsheet data instead of replacing it
  • Ontology mapping so the same term means the same thing across systems
  • AI agents specialized per process, answering from the factory's own record
  • Hybrid deployment, including on-premise when data cannot leave the plant

Factory X

Consulting and custom build for what a product cannot cover

Some requirements do not fit a product — a process no one else runs, a constraint no vendor supports, an integration that has to be built. Factory X is the consulting and custom development track for exactly those, built on the same backbone as Starter and Pro.

  • Diagnosis on the floor before a line of code is written
  • Custom development on the same ontology, so it does not become an island
  • For factories whose requirements are genuinely their own

Starter or Pro?

The question is not which is better. It is which stage you are at.

One path, two steps

Start with Starter and let the data build. Move to Pro when the factory has enough record to be worth connecting. The upgrade is a continuation, not a migration — the schema you accumulated on Starter is the schema Pro reads.
